Returns, Refund and Shipping Policy

We are grateful for shopping with us. Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate before processing your order.  We will accept returns for store credit or for an exchange with items that are in stock. Items that are washed, worn or altered in anyway cannot be returned. Any of our items that you wish to return must be returned in an unworn condition within 5 days of receipt with its original tags. Sale items are final sale.


Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report any issues such as damaged or missing items. Shipping charges are non-refundable both outgoing and return, although we can compensate for return shipping charges. If an item is damaged or faulty. Please do state your reason for return as there will not be any exceptions to this policy. We are unable to accept responsibility for shipping damages or loss of returned goods.

ORSUNU does not refund international taxes and duties, it's the customer responsibility to pay import duties and taxes, which may vary and we're unable to control or predict their amount. If you're ordering internationally and want to know specific shipping details and methods please do not hesitate to contact us upon ordering.

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days to enable us inspect conditions of items to make sure they are eligible for exchange or return. An email confirmation will be sent once the transaction goes through. If for any other reason we are unable to give exchange for an item, a store credit would be issued. Transactions refunded would be made in the original payment method 


Store credit issued are usually valid for one year from the date it was issued.
